Airform

AirformSolo

An architectural grade PTHP unit

An Airform system designed to fit into common packaged terminal sleeves. With high performance heating, cooling, dehumidification, and fresh air exchange and filtering - Airform PTHP transforms any home that currently uses a PTAC into a powerful next generation HVAC system.

An all-in-one Airform.

Every part of the system — heating, cooling, dehumidification and fresh air — contained in a single unit that slides into a standard sleeve.

How Airform Solo installs — mount the standard PTHP sleeve, slide the unit in on its retractable wheels, then load the MERV13 filters

01

Architectural
by design.

Crafted to architectural standards. With a refined form and considered finishes that complement the spaces they inhabit, rather than compete with them.

02

Effortless install.
Every time.

No tools, no contractors, no scheduling. Airform snaps into place in minutes with guided robotic precision built right into the unit.

03

Smart
operation.

Airform Solo uses on-device sensors and machine learning to anticipate comfort while maintaining efficiency.

Engineered to the detail.

Modular Battery

Solo can be configured or upgraded with a modular 4kWh battery that stores energy to use during peak times, taking load off the grid when demand is highest—and making Solo eligible for New York's NYSERDA Retail Energy Storage Incentive. Available as either side-mounted or floor-mounted modules.

Designed for you.

  • Simple physical dials give users direct control over power, airflow strength, and temperature, while a natural-language display on the top surface appears only when needed. The system is designed to run primarily in autopilot, quietly managing comfort in the background. At any time, users can override the system by adjusting the temperature, the power, or physically repositioning the louver fin. Each interaction becomes useful feedback, helping the system refine the user's personal comfort model over time.

  • Our on-device intelligence learns from each user, their routines and the surrounding environment to deliver consistent comfort while minimising energy use. By combining user behaviour, environmental conditions, and predictive models, the system can anticipate when comfort needs are likely to change and adjust automatically before the user has to think about it.

At an enterprise level, the system can operate within wider building goals, limits, and energy targets. It can also integrate with contextual information, such as guest or occupancy data, to adapt comfort settings to individual profiles while maintaining overall operational efficiency.

  • Specify the unit to the room — choose a casing finish and a front panel.

  • The outdoor-facing panel is interchangeable — curved fins, straight slats, or a solar module that turns the facade into generation, finished to match the building. The solar module requires the battery module to store what it generates.

  • Solo has a built-in condensation atomization pump that deals with condensation year round. Accessible on the interior face is the atomizer's filter, so it's easy to keep clean.

Designed in Hawaii.
Built in America.

Hawaii's climate is among the most demanding on earth — humid, salt-laden, sunlit, and shifting between extremes in a day. If Airform performs here, it performs anywhere. Every unit is then assembled in the USA, to the same standard.
